How to file a grievance
If you believe that HomeCare Solutions of East Texas has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator in person, by mail, or by phone at the address and number above. If you need help filing a grievance, the Section 1557 Coordinator is available to help you. We will not retaliate against you for filing a grievance.
